Creating an active lifestyle was always a priority of mine that stemmed from early childhood. Whether it was playing a pick-up sport, riding a bike, walking through the woods, trying to climb trees, or even run-and-hide games with the neighborhood friends like manhunt, I always seemed to prefer these activities over spending time inside in front of the TV or computer. This continued into my teenage years and eventually led me to pursuing a career in the fitness industry. I wanted to share my desire to help others live a fun, healthy, and active lifestyle, the same kind that I have prioritized my whole life. In addition to understanding how important movement was, I learned that adding proper nutrition habits and incorporating whole foods was more powerful than exercise alone. Now with multiple years of experience, I’ve shared with many clients of all ages and backgrounds on how they too can incorporate movement and nutrition into their lifestyles and improve how they feel on a daily basis.
